For the same purposes, the data may be made accessible to employees and collaborators of the Owner, in their capacity as subjects authorized to the treatment and / or responsible of the treatment. All the nominated subjects will perform exclusively the processing operations, on behalf of the owner and / or manager, within the limits, with the forms and according to the procedures expressly indicated in the respective appointments.

Obligation to provide in the case of minors
Where the person giving the data is under the age of 16, the processing is lawful only if and to the extent that, such consent, is given and authorized by the holder of parental responsibility for which identification data and copies of the identification documents are acquired.
Method of treatment
The treatment is carried out with manual, computerized and telematic tools with organization and processing logic strictly related to the purposes themselves and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data themselves in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the provisions in force.
Data retention
The personal data collected here, for the purposes indicated above, is kept in the Hotel for the duration of the relationship and in the case of revocation and / or other type of termination of the relationship, within the prescription terms:
- 10 years for documents according to the Civil Code (ex Article 2214 of the Civil Code).
Rights of the interested party
You can, at any time, exercise the rights:
a. to access personal data (Art.15);
b. to obtain the correction (Art.16) or the cancellation (Art.17) of the same or the limitation of the treatment (Art.18) concerned;
c. to the portability of data (Art.20);
d. to oppose the treatment (Art.21);
e. to revoke the consent (Art.7 Paragraph 3), where provided: the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the treatment based on consent conferred before revocation;
f. to make a complaint to the supervisory authority (Art.77)
